My experience in the engineering, production, and test industry working in the private sector with department of defense contracts has afforded me a reputation for versatility and the ability to exceed performance requirements by consistently completing projects on time or ahead of schedule. Ability to Plan, Design, and implement project planning for a timely completion of tasks while maintaining planned profit margins in all projects performed. In the project leadership role my knowledge of different tools such as IPDS and EVMS help to ensure the tasks are completed on time and increase the ability to see program concerns before they become issues. I have proven ability to create statements of work for technical and contractual content that are executable and lead to successful awards. Key Strengths: Risk management, MS Project, EVMS, Project reporting, Engineering evaluations.
