In my twenty years of experience I’ve had the opportunity to work in a myriad of functions including Customer Service, Communications, Underwriting, Service, Complaint Resolution (Insurance Department Complaints and Presidential Complaints) and Employee Benefit Programs. It’s made me into a “utility infielder” for the Insurance Industry. My time at AmerInst gave me the ability to further develop my sales skills, which combined with my excellent service record, gave me the ability to “switch-hit.” Still, after two and half years in Sales, it was time to go back to my strength and I look forward to the opportunities AIG has to offer.
