Responsibilities:• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Services (Sales, Service, Parts), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between the service managers.• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.• Oversee overall Sales management, planning, systems and controls.• Management of Sales budget in coordination with the General Manager.• Development of outside sales areas of responsibility and compensations.• Calculating and submitting sales commission reports in coordination with the General Manager.• Oversee Sales personnel expense reports and review items for validity.• Organization of fiscal documents.• Regular meetings with General Manager around fiscal planning.• Support and coach organizational managers on a weekly basis.• Review customer orders for accuracy and specification compliance.• Develop stocking programs in coordination with the Sales Manager
