At the core, quality of work takes center stage. I focus on details and work flow efficiency to achieve the best product possible. Whether it be for an internal or external customer, friend, family, etc. These values are applied to every aspect of my life. From the start, I have always been intrigued by how things work. From remote control cars, to musical instruments, to combustion engines, to people, all the way down to the elements that make them up. This fascination has had a heavy influence on developing how my mind works as it allows me to use my knowledge, experiences, and logic to develop an understanding of things unknown to me. I am drawn to the unknown. It can sometime be a curse really with my curiosity “conveniently” peaking while I attempt to sleep. But I’ll take the bad with the good. Digging into how things work has also helped me obtain a knack for troubleshooting. Being able to recognize a problem, to dissect the problem into its basic elements, all to uncover the root cause of the problem. Through all walks of life I have been able to apply this skill set and it remains one of my strongest assets.I also enjoy building things and take immense pride in the final product. There is something riveting about taking an idea and bringing it to life. As a musician, I get a strong feeling of accomplishment when writing a song and performing it for an audience. As a Strategic Account Manager in the hot melt field, building and piecing together a complete hot melt system from the ground up to accomplish a customer’s vision or relieve some pain-points will yield the same result for me.I am committed to expanding my boundaries, continuing to absorb everything around me, and to learn every chance I get. I am committed to remaining efficient and detail oriented to yield the best possible product. And lastly, I have made a commitment to my wife and two children to uphold these commitments, so they never go without.
