Design or assist in the design and creation of new printed Fabrics, styles and Colors for 230 retail stores worldwide and additional on-line fashions. Meet with and provide consulting and support to other Major apparel Brands requiring printed custom cut & sew program styles. High energy 'A' type position with the experience and ability to make decisions and manage the ever changing needs of the apparel industry and customer demands while in full stride. Purpose driven and self motivated keeping within deadlines and budgets. Developing fresh ideas with current industry designers using advance methods that can propel the development of new print techniques and designs that will attract sales for our printed apparel. Abilities and methods - Experienced in creative design, Color Profiling, Dye-Sublimation, screen printing (plastisol and water base) acid and reactive fabric dye, DTG Inkjet water base, heat transfer and silicone. Fabrics, Cotton, polyester, Blends, spandex, leather, canvas, Tri blends. Continued education and techniques Sourcing and department planning and growth. With a Passion for success.
