•Prepare Quarterly and Annual Reports meeting standards required by Form 10-Q/K and manage internal and external review for these documents. •Review of quarterly earnings release. •Align multi-functional coordination of Audit Committee deliverables, and earnings release. •Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance, provide US GAAP interpretation, and prepare technical memorandums that document issues. •Communicate and explain accounting issues and evolving accounting guidance to operational finance and management teams. •Provide assistance with equity and debt offerings. •Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors, including proactive and timely assessment of accounting issues. •Support M&A activity including review of due diligence and preparation of purchase accounting. •Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. •Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering for improvements. •Assist in the review and delivery of accounting training. •Participate in other projects as required.
