Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering has limited exposure to programming language, the course focus mainly in mechanical and aerodynamic design. With deep interest in combination world of hardware and software, I managed to secure a test engineer role back in year 2012. Although this role can works with both the hardware and software, but the technical exposure were limited due to strict rule and restriction from the Aviation regulation. I would still proposed mini project to my manager to add value while harnessing my skill in programming steps. From here, I started to work with LabView programming language which is more to GUI based programming language. From one company to another, I pickup other programming language such as python and C#. Along the way, I had also RF related opportunity which led me to the analog RF testing up to 125GHz. This encapsulate cables, waveguide and over the air testing. On top of RF, I have also experience with fiber optic, temperature sensor, stepper motor, laser source and sensor, power supply and load, switches and many more. Defining calibration steps, test methodologies and test specification by using signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, power sensor. Besides, developing test sequence/program and debugging for projects is also my role responsibility. With test program, I can speed up my data collection and testing by leveraging programming skill that I have learnt. I am adhering to the following phrases in my daily work, learning never ends, speak up when notice something abnormal, critical thinking of every engineering decision and its impact, initiate the first step and subsequent one will follows, do not assume but clarify to clear ambiguity.
Listed skills include Microsoft Excel, Windows, Photoshop, C++, and 7 others.
