• Collaborate, Oversee and Certify work accomplished by licensed and unlicensed technicians.• Repair, Overhaul, and Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. • Identify problems and adjust and repair systems according to specifications, technical drawings, approved manuals, and established procedures.• Install or modify aircraft engines, mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems. • Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul, cleaning, and reassembly. • Perform and document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• The first point of contact for all technical dispatch statuses, and control of in-service aircraft activities.• Assigns and oversees all aspects of Line Maintenance, and ensures all work is scheduled and performed in a safe and efficient manner.• Oversee 30+ maintenance staff, reviewing employee performance, addressing escalated issues, generating assignments, and setting priorities across all stations. • Liaison with other departments and work as teams to plan future maintenance activities to includeforecasting labor requirements, identifying specialized training, tooling, certifications, and materials.• Coordinate unforeseen maintenance arrangements for the return to service of an aircraft at any location.

• On-site company representative directing, planning, and coordinating all support activities for the implementation of project by using appropriate discretion to execute and initiate actions required for effective administration.• Daily meetings with stakeholders to deliver project status updates and to report on new and existing production issues.• Ensured the delivery from the projects adhered to the appropriate levels of quality, on time, in accordance with the plan and governance models.

• To conduct audits to the contracted approved vendors for De-icing services and Fuel suppliers across all stations. .• Audit of the contracted Approved Maintenance Organizations [AMOs] or repair agencies that perform maintenance on company aircraft and/or components in accordance with the requirements of the prescribed manual.• accomplishment of Internal AMO, and AOC audits of area’s outside of my direct involvement.

• Accomplish the roles and duties of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license. • Ensure that safety rules, regulations and precautions are being observed by all employees.• Accomplish Training, and assignment of training to AME Apprentices, and new ACA Engineers.

• Troubleshoot and repair structural, mechanical, electrical, fuel and hydraulic systems to identify problems and adjust and repair these systems according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and established procedures. • Electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting for serviceability of generators, switches, relays, pumps and motors. • Install or modify engines, mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems • Fuel Tank Entry and Work certification to accomplish venting, confined space entry, inspections and repairs including hot work permits. • Operated associated heavy equipment. • Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy
