I worked on a NASA sponsored project to develop an electrolytic reactor to generate oxygen using lunar regolith as feedstock. I developed a fuel cells testing station and hydrogen ICE testing platform for the National Center for Hydrogen Research.

I developed a laboratory scale process for production of titanium powder by electrowinning in a molten salt reactor. I processed SEM images for assessment of particle morphology and distribution. I scaled up an electrolytic reactor design from lab to bench scale. I scaled down the design for a water electrolyzer to use in a fuel cell powered UPS system.

I directed a research program focused on optimization of the process chemistry for electroplating microprocessor copper interconnects. I integrated a chemical monitoring and dispensing system with an electroplating process for fully automated control of process chemistry. I supervised installation and start-up of capital equipment in semiconductor fabs.
