Organize weekly project progress and status meetings, and organize biweekly senior project reporting Committee.8. Response for the ER of assembly。 2016.01—2017.06 Project charger: Starting with the background of project, and confirming the plan of project, then choosing the supplier with purchaser, the project is been done at last. The project what is doing now is：Raise the capacity of the line, Process and equipment modified, new product input project and so on. The mast important product is gas engine project and NS VI engine out project. Take part in the process of design review, Process plan evaluation, Program function gate review, Process change control, Cost control, Project risk control and so on.
