• Planned and conducted graduate-level, regional affairs seminars for 350 + senior U.S. government foreign language and culture specialists. Responsibilities included logistical and administrative coordination, participant recruitment, synchronizing academic content, conduct of post-seminar evaluations, and execution of annual budget in excess of $500K.• Coordinated recruitment of subject matter expertise (SME) from the Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Security Cooperation Agency, U.S. regional centers for security studies, U.S. Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of State, the National Security Council Staff, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, U.S. Embassy and congressional staffs, private-sector and non-profit entities, and other U.S. DoD and civilian academic institutions. • Provided project management expertise to Naval Postgraduate School faculty and staff, evaluated lessons learned/best practices, and formulated evaluation/assessment protocols to achieve process efficiencies.• Coordinated foreign language diagnostic assessment and maintenance training for course participants.• Editor, Joint FAO Proceedings magazine.
