• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Documentation control, RFIs, drawings and submittals on Procore.
• Produce construction programme and update weekly using Microsoft projects.
• Contract scope of works drafting, negotiation and letting.

• Monitor and update weekly programme with Microsoft Projects
• Issue Purchase orders using Cheops
• Check and rectify defects through Aconex
• Quality Assurance
• Subcontractor management
• Complete site diary and weekly/monthly progress reports
