Bringing many aging (and largely undocumented) critical legacy systems up to date to address inherited failures or performance shortfalls, including documentation of in-place systems and general recapture of requirements or quirks. Building out customized tools for in-house users to work faster, safer, and smarter.Perform as-needed data scenario analysis (usually at the database level) to identify root cause on business issues, and outline possible resolution options to guide decisions by product owners.
