Promoted to Manager of Product Management after 8 months of joining Casenet. I am responsible for managing & mentoring five extremely smart Product Managers while still working with my own set of scrum teams. I help balance the distribution of work to ensure that goals and timelines are met.

Joined Casenet at the end of 2018 after spending over 12 years at an EMR software company. As a Senior Product Manager at Casenet, I aim to provide clear & precise set of user requirements/stories to a group of talented scrum teams that is set to launch a new modern HTML5 technology software application to our health insurance customers. Responsibilities:-- Converted customer needs into meaningful requirements; prioritized requirements based upon the product backlog-- Worked together with software & QA engineers to provide detailed requirement stories that define the needs for the product solution to ensure that customer needs and company goals are met-- Active member of 2 to 3 scrum teams working together on assigned EPICs, defining phased execution of requirements, and answering questions as needed-- Participated in daily scrum meetings with each scrum team as well as other scrum ceremonies such as requirement grooming meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospective meetings & scrum of scrum meetings.-- Other responsibilities consisted of reviewing QA test cases & accepting stories to ensure all acceptance criteria were correctly satisfied-- Collaborated with other talented Product Managers and other cross-functional teams on software requirements & to gather feedback-- Worked with technical documentation team to ensure collateral was accurate

Function as key member of corporate leadership team, partnering with CEO on high-profile, multi-million-dollar projects. Mentor and supervise 12 product analysts / product managers through full lifecycle product development, establishing clear priorities and driving project execution. Maintain order and timeline status with Agile product development roadmap, daily defect triage meetings using JIRA and ALM, and weekly analyst meetings (i.e., to track progress, discuss challenges, and resolve issues). Promote open communication channels through effective cross-functional coordination with other department leads and teams.

Interfaced between end-users and development team, championing customer needs and concerns. Collaborated with quality control, sales, engineering, and documentation team members for product releases and new features/functionality deployment, ensuring goal attainment with revenue and customer satisfaction. Composed functional user requirement documents for new features/enhancements, following the SDLC. Trained internal employees on products and assisted technical support team with troubleshooting/problem resolution. Created marketing materials (e.g. one-page marketing slicks, multiple-paged pamphlets, product landing page on the corporate website) for product/version launches through marketing team partnerships.

Acted as Subject Matter Expert for EMR application knowledge, product implementation, and workflows. Trained diverse sizes of ambulatory care facilities (including nurses, doctors, and office managers) throughout US on eClinicalWorks’ EMR software and practice management module.Key Achievements:• Enhanced physician efficiency in patient visit documentations and insurance claims through EHR software training, leading to 25% increase in their visit counts.• Recognized by the organization as a top trainer specialist, leading to high-profile projects/trainings and promotion to help launch the product management team.

Accountable for 5 databases running Oracle 9i. Responsible for running complex queries for reporting. Monitor database and server performance on the production environment. Managed backup solution.

Employed as full-time intern then took a permanent position upon graduation at Corporate Office. Worked with the PC lab unit/help desk team. Aided employees with computer issues onsite or over the phone.
