Primary responsibilities include leading employees and technical activities to create a culture of continuous improvement by communicating/deploying enterprise best practices and employee engagement to improve test execution, cost, quality, delivery, employee job satisfaction, and customer satisfaction. Previous to this position, he held key technical and management positions within the El Segundo NAV/Com/NCS Bus & Payload T & E organization. Prior to joining the T & E organization, he was a functional manager for the system test organization in El Segundo.Bob has over 34 years of engineering/management experience with Boeing/Hughes Aircraft starting in 1981 after serving in the U.S Army and was assigned to Systems Test Engineering supporting ground based radar Integration and Test organization. Bob then was a Integrated Product Team (IPT) manager overseeing a staff of radar field service engineers supporting customers globally, traveling internationally for over sevens years. Bob then joined the satellite system test organization as the Responsible Test Engineer (RTE) for the Milstar Satellite MDR payload.
