Responsible for the Production and Procurement of harvest for the Clemens Food Group, as well as the over site of the Clemens Food Group No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) and Group Housed Customer Solutions Team. Manage the cost and quality improvement of hog harvest as well as the growth of contribution margin and operating income of the NAE segment for the Food Group. Oversee Company owned farms as well as work with all suppliers to CFG, also oversee growing our Retail and Food Service NAE brand "Farm Promise" into a national brand. Country View has 270 team members and produces 1,250,000 market animals per year. Procurement oversees 5 million animals annually. Own the PL for production group and overall procurement costs of live animals for Clemens Food Group. Job includes animal well being, animal health, animal management services, and marketing services. Our NAE segment represents 125 million pounds of fresh and processed products.

Responsible for the growth of sales for the organization. Oversee Business Development, Customer Experience, and Business Solutions for the portfolio of Brands held by the Food Group. Sales of the Group is $600,000,000 annually made up of pork value added and fresh products sold to Retail and Food Service Channels Mainly on the East Coast but do have some National Distribution of Brands plus export business in the Pacific Rim.

Was responsible for the production and procurement of animals for Country View Family Farms which is a Division of Hatfield Quality Meats. Country View had 120 team members and produced 800,000 market animals per year. Procurement was for 2.5 million animals annually. Responsibilities included PL for production group and overall procurement costs of live animals for Hatfield.

Owned and Operated two 5,600 sow farrow through Finish Farms in Perry and Fulton Counties in Central Pennsylvania. Had 25 team members with revenues of $12,000,000 and profits of $800,000 annually

Complete P&L responsibility for CGC Swine Production Division. Reorganized and refocused the operation from a unprofitable to a profitable organization by improving the cost structure by over 30%. Realigned operations from a non-connected group of farms in over 13 states to an integrated and aligned group of farms in two states. Oversaw the development and implementation of reporting and financial system which improved the speed and accuracy of both financial and production information.

Responsible for the production of the Swine Division for Prestage Farms. Oversaw the growth of production from 1,200 Sows to over 40,000 sows with production going from 5.5 million pounds to over 182 million pounds. Responsible for the purchase of farms, selection of construction contactors and oversight of contracts. Accountable for managment of all operations and the farm service organization. Oversight for the improvement in cost of production for all Prestage Swine units.

Responsible for the development of the Marketing strategy for Companion animal nutritional programs for Master Mix Feeds a Division of Central Soya Inc.
