In this role, I am responsible for a multi-million-dollar budget, P&L, and oversee the daily operations of the 130-employee firm while managing finance, production, marketing, human resources, information technology, and R&D. I’ve developed transformational, actionable, and sustainable operations strategies aligned to the corporate vision and corrected an extremely vulnerable IT infrastructure into a confidence-inspiring global network. Keeping collaboration in mind, I built a highly functional virtual team located across the country. Transforming business models and systems to be more efficient and profitable has always been a driver for me. One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a team of 15 developers in the design, build, integration and launch of a proprietary CRM and project management app suite. As a result, we’ve seen a 60% cost savings, 70% increase in service quality, and 35% production boost.In addition, we reached over 100% efficiency through strategically redesigning our IT infrastructure via a data-driven “build versus buy” decision-making system resulting in an end-to-end cloud-based ecosystem and data center and increased productivity over 150% through automation of hundreds of production processes by implementing project management software and KPI dashboards for compensation and production. Maximizing and developing talent is also critical for long term success. Partnering with colleagues, I accomplished a 60% augmentation in employee retention rates by instituting an interactive HRIS system and instilling a collaborative/transparent culture focused on excellence, defined values, and continuous improvements. We also identified underperformance within the existing team and instituted professional development goals to increase performance.My team and I experienced no interruption in production capacity during COVID due to the proactively established internal and external communication protocols.

I was hand-selected by the COO to improve processes globally for all 18 field offices and oversee an operational budget of $400 million, supporting 500+ projects across 100 countries. I executed financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, analysis, cash flow reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, and project management and developed KPI programs and systems aligned to corporate objectives. I integrated cross-functional team communications in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing a diverse global team of 1,000+. I advanced capital allocations 40% by transforming financial reporting, developing KPIs, increasing financial transparency, and creating Tableau dashboards for real-time reporting. Together with colleagues, I propelled growth initiatives 13% by conceptualizing and integrating KPI models across engineering and technical teams, enhancing key executive stakeholder engagement, and achieving growth initiatives. I yielded 12% operational efficiencies and improved work performance by leveraging a newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP and executing training cross-departmentally, impacting hundreds of employees.
