Authorized Distributors of Chevron Lubricants in Ghana • Meet volumetric targets and ensure retention of current customer portfolio and win new customers. • Identify, develop and maintain routes to market to ensure wide territorial coverage. • Ensure good and efficient receivable management system. • Ensure conformance with HSE issues in all areas of operation. • Management of sales zones in line with approved budgetary plans (margins, expenditure etc)- • Offer technical support and trainings • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. • Manage and improve account receivables by putting in place credit control and collection system to ensure payment within negotiated and agreed terms. • Mining, quarries, construction and transporter supplies bidding and wining tenders.

• Technical assistance and direct sales to customers (Lubricants, Bitumen, • etc).Providing solutions to Lubrication problems encountered by customers • Identifying market potentials • Expand sales in existing accounts by developing new applications and acquiring new clients. • Contribute information by monitoring competitive products. • Developing Customer Database of both new and existing clients • Creation of aviation, bitumen, lubricants, fuels orders etc • Invoicing of clients orders using SAP. • Doing monthly reconciliation of sale invoices per account. • Processing Tomcard orders and loading customer cards. • Solving various challenges customers face using the tomcard etc. • Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts. • Follow-ups for payment advice for various payments. • Writing reports and presentation to Management.
