Robert (Bob) joined the firm as a corporate litigation partner in 2011. Before joining the firm, Bob practiced at the international law firms of Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker and Jones Day Reavis & Pogue. Bob has over 25 years of experience litigating in federal and state court in California and various other jurisdictions. He has litigated a wide range of business disputes, including disputes involving real estate (from commercial landlord-tenant disputes to construction, foreclosures, quiet title and CEQA and RICRA actions), debtor-creditor rights, copyright and trademark infringement, professional liability, entertainment law, corporate governance, partnership and limited liability dissolutions and employment law.
