TRIARC Corporation was formed when Arcosa Tank and Tatsa were carved out of Arcosa Inc on October 3, 2022. Black Diamond Capital Management, the new owner of the business recruited me to be CEO of the new entity. Led TRIARC through the carve-out during Q4 2022 where all management, finance & treasury, legal, risk management, HR, IT and other support functions were separated from the prior parent. Restructured the organization, bringing together the two separate entities that were merged into one stand-alone business. Successfully managed through a supply chain crisis in Q1 2023 when a top supplier ceased operations due to lack of liquidity. Rebuilt supply base and maintained key customer relationships. Established growth strategies in core markets that launched a key new product in the US & Canada that resulted in share gain and a new Top 5 customer - as well as market expansion in another segment that led to revenue growth of 70% over prior year. Managed a sharp downturn in industry-wide demand post-Covid due to large inventory hangover caused by long lead times. Completely rebuilt supply chain, having run global tenders across all key purchase segments that resulted in over $4MM in cost reduction.
