1-year assignment based in London, England responsible for SAP and Oracle pre-sales activities, data center migration planning. Implemented continuous process improvement program for solutions, sizing and architecting for Capgemini UK technical and sales teams. Collaborate with UK data centers to establish SAP and Oracle on-boarding processes. Respond to new business RFI’s and RFP’s, sales pipeline reporting, including budget and forecast reporting to Capgemini UK Senior leadership.

Promoted to Senior Manager, where responsibilities expanded to include Outsourcing solutions, data center Hosting, and full data center Migrations. In this role my experience grew into a Delivery Manager role for larger clients with global locations. Selected for cloud build manager position. Successfully implemented Capgemini’s first multi-tenant cloud (MTC) in North America on the HP Blade Matrix platform. Hosting x86 workloads to large SAP implementations. Created and Implemented and operated an Objectives and Key Results (OKR) management system. For Multi-Tenant Cloud offering. Served 2 years on HP’s Customer Cloud Advisory Board. Assisted in client-facing pre-sales activities and design workshops. Worked on a global team to obtain SAP Certified Hosting provider status for the Capgemini data centers.

Formerly known as University Medical Center and the University of Arizona Medical Center, is a private, non-profit, 479-bed acute-care hospital located on the campus of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Responsible for daily operations of a large 24/7 IT department. Managed a staff of twelve employees, project management duties, conducted feasibility studies, redesign and implementation of a new computer room facility, development standard policies and procedures, managed the implementation of new system installs and upgrades, as well as vendor management responsibilities. Conducted capacity planning, training, and disaster recovery planning. Ensure and maintain audit and compliance records and training for staff.
