Frontier is a nationwide telecommunications company, headquartered in Stamford, CT. I started with them (Rochester Telephone) right out of college in 1992 as an Installer/Repairman. I joined the OSP Engineering department in 1995 and took over the GIS records group in 2001 and brought closure to a lengthy GIS mapping conversion. In 2005 I was promoted to OSP Supervisor. Over the years I was given many opportunities to work on large high-profile projects, ranging from building a 10,000 access line remote office, building Wi-Fi networks in four markets and writing the local practices for CLEC attachment, fiber to the cell site and fiber to the home (FTTx).
