Fixed Operations Consultant
Current- Work with numerous dealers within the region.- Diagnose issues and causes within areas including inspection, selling, retailing and inventory.- Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement.- Acts as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff, clients or customers.- Leverage dealer strengths.- Develop or optimize product screen and pricing strategy.- Create implementation plan for improvement with dealer support.- Work with Account Management to ensure they retain account ownership.- Help understand the local / regional competitive market.- Document the value delivered to the dealers.- Work with Operations Manager to develop and improve operational solutions.
