Current- Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate Front Office
- Develop and draft policies, directives, and regulatory changes regarding issues ranging from USCIS' eProcessing initiative, biometrics capture and usage, and records management.
- Research and analyze current and proposed agency regulations, policies, practices, and procedures to evaluate potential impacts to program operations and produce white papers, memos, and other documents.
- Collaborate with internal partners, such as IT and Counsel, and external partners, such as DOS and FBI, to implement program objectives and management decisions.
- Serve as an expert consultant on projects and programs and persuade or negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations.
- Plan, develop, and coordinate planning management through briefings, presentations and conferences for high-level and executive management.
