OSB Oriented Strand Board production

 In charge of day to day operations and maintenance of Sinter and Acid departments. In charge of a team of 70 employees which includes 7 supervisors. Oversees the biweekly service and maintenance days. Responsible for all safety activity and investigations required. Oversees engineering projects and improvements required throughout the year. Manager on call every five weeks.

 Develops and controls the personnel and working methods of his area of responsibility. Is the shutdown coordinator. Takes part to confirm production efficiency and quality in his area. Is responsible for maintenance management of machinery and is also responsible for getting resources for the corrections of faults. Is responsible for cost control, raw material losses and environmental control also as purchasing actor.Mill manager on calls every third week.
