Residential Mental Health Specialist I Lead Staff Responsible for supervising a team of 4 staff members while on duty and overseeing the dailyactivities and supervision of 12-15 juvenile wards of the state in a group home setting on a daily basis. Responsible for all staffing levels/scheduling. Other duties included charting behaviors, developing behavioral modification programs, admission and discharge planning, medication administration, physical restraint, and client activities, in the home and in the community.
