I’m a financial executive with diverse experience ranging from roles heavy on M&A and financing transactions to positions deeply involved in the day to day operations of a business. I spent 10 years working for Big 4 accounting firms and since then have been with a variety of manufacturing businesses ranging from industrial to semiconductors.I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of ownership structures including private equity, venture capital, public company, and wholly owned subsidiaries. Over my career I’ve worked within a variety of capital structures and have experience with private equity placements, debt financing, credit facilities, asset-based loans and other forms of financing. I’m also comfortable working in a leveraged environment and dealing with bank covenants.I have a significant amount of experience working with investors, bankers, lenders and other outside parties. In addition, I have extensive experience working with and reporting to Boards of Directors. I also have a strong background in forecasting and budgeting as well as financial analysis. In addition, I have substantial experience with internal and external financial reporting including reporting to the SEC. I work very well with other members of management, and enjoy my role as the chief business partner and advisor to the CEO. My management style is open and communicative, I'm highly ethical and value a collaborative work environment where people are doing their best to pull in the same direction.
