• Managed both Mindshare Mena & Mediacom Mena for all IT related projects in the Middle East and North Africa. Work closely with CFO to maintain a lower cost ratio on year to year. • Applied the cloud based concept for specific projects including Office 365.• Implement all SOX related processes on IT projects. • Standardize the business application in implementing the same application for both Mediacom and Mindshare• Reduce the data entry time for media planners by implementing a standard upload tools that is integrated with the business application. This tools reduced drastically the data entry time and allow users to benefit with their time in different tasks. • Built a system to consolidate all Mena data and provide spent reports to management. A system that can refresh on a daily basis and provide data in a very flexible way. • Implement a video conferencing solution across the region.• Member in the committee to design and analyze a trading system for the regional trading function. One that enable decision makers to perform business analyses according to spent / budget and commitments. • Enhance the internal processes by automating the critical ones to the operation. • Build a highly skilled team of 7 people to support all Mena offices. A team that gelled well together. • Build three loop Rooms for mindshare Lebanon, Dubai & KSA. A tool that helped team members to interact and differently sell their clients. A very good tool for pitches.

• Build a highly motivated team of 13 subordinates who focuses on implementing ICT projects and supporting colleagues in a well structured people oriented method. • Restructured the main Business Application to reflect the Management needs and business daily requirements. • Managed to introduce ICT security awareness in the company by writing different Information Security Policies and IT Governance and applying them accordingly. • Work with a team of specialist to design a complete ICT Infrastructure for a new campus of the company. Estimated budget: $2.5M• Work with an international team of specialist to design a complete ICT Infrastructure for the Al-Iraqia TV station in Iraq. Estimated Budget: $3.2M• Building an e-Reporter project who was one of the achievements that were implemented in the company that allowed reporters, by using the Internet instead of Satellite feeds, to send video reports to the Newsroom. This project lead to two main objectives: (1) Upgrading the operation skills of reporters, and (2) decreasing financial implications of the daily work. • Drafting and designing a complete infrastructure for an IP based camera with an attached low resolution video storage. This design has been implemented and is being operational for all reality programs. •Designing and implementing a WebTV project for Video on Demand materials. This product has been awarded by the World Summit Award as “Outstanding e-Content in the category “e-Entertainment” in the Arab region”. A digital catalogue was built to server expatriates to stay connected to the local TV station.• Maximizing web profits by implementing several web services in the company’s portal. These services have generated profits that self-sustained the portal’s financial expenses. • Minimize the company printing expenses by implementing a multi-function printing solution for all departments. The aim of this project was to reduce the cost of the consumables of printing by 40% the first year.

Lebanon

The main task was to implement projects for the Lebanese Government. Working directly with the Office of the Minister of the State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR).Designing e-government solutions for different Government Ministries and Municipalities. Writing bidding documents, terms of references and technical specification for ICT projects.Conducting studies for a business incubator projectWork on the National electronic ID project by Conducting studies, researches and negotiation with International suppliers for the implementation of a Smart Card ID that will host several Government services.Project Manager for the Social Security (NSSF) – Master Plan. Coordinating with the consultant on the design and implementation process of the project. Budgeted cost: $ 688,000.Project Manager for a Security solution for the Commercial Register in Lebanon. Technical writer of the Terms of Reference for all security settings. Budgeted cost: $110,000.Project Manager for the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) – Project was to implement specific solutions for internal departments. Coordinating with the Ministry to draft an ICT Master Plan. Project Manager for the Water Authority of Beirut (WAB). Project was to implement centralized location for data gathering for water status, quality, and linkage problem. Budgeted cost: $1.2MProject Manager and quality controller of the Government ICT standard Guidelines document. Budgeted cost: $ 298,000.Author of the ICT Security Standards policy and the Email & Internet usage policy. All projects were done in compliance with World Bank & United Nation Development Programs standards.

Designing and Building a complete infrastructure for the newly established company. Regional office was based in Beirut, and branch offices in Jordan and Syria. Linking the HQ of the company with the warehouse & factory through a secure WAN. Setting up a complete solution by automating the sales process & equipping salesmen with handheld device. This allows the sales team to be equipped with sales information which leads to a faster sales and a higher customer satisfaction.
