As a Registered Professional Appraiser, locate, identify, inspect and appraise real property in accordance with Texas Property Tax Code and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP): Standard 6 Perform field inspections for the search of new improvements, and solely responsible for the input of all field data found in the Rice School District into Harris True Automation, PACS Appraisal System Perform field inspection to ensure compliance with the intensity standards set forth by the Colorado County Ag Advisory Board, and under the guidelines of the Texas Property Tax Code, for 1D1 Agricultural use property Perform field inspections to ensure compliance of Wildlife Management exempted property using the guidelines set forth by Texas Parks and Wildlife and mandated by statute in the Texas Property Tax Code Analyze and the real estate market annually and apply this analytic data to derive at the most equal and uniform approach to market value in Colorado County Input appraisal information for record maintenance, including but not limited to, ownership records and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) mapping, utilizing PACS Appraisal and PACS Collections and Accounting Software developed by Harris True Automation Provide information to the public daily on public inquiries and assist other State and Federal Agencies on public inquiries Assist the public and taxpayers with mapping and appraisal information Assist in areas of the collections process and collection mail-outs
