We sell Connected Business this is a fully integrated accountancy software & CRM packageI deal with customers either face to face, by email or by phone to quickly resolve any issues that they have with the software.I also visit new clients and train them how to use the software before their go live date this ensures a smooth transaction from their old system to the new one.

• Assist our customers with technology issues• Reports network interruptions and server outages• Troubleshoots system errors and failures • Scans for and removes computer viruses• Responsible for maintaining the security of 300 + PC’s and 70 servers, using ESET ‘s range of security products along with Fortinet appliances where needed • Reselling the ESET range of security products to new and existing customers to best fit the businesses needs • Repairs and maintains computers and laptops• Monitors support requests and documents all processes• Develops and maintains preventive measures to avoid internet-related interruption• Advise customers of best solution for their needs e.g software, security, VPN & Hardware • Set up and configure new PC’s, Servers & equipment for use • Install and configure Connected Business CRM software

• Creating testing procedures to evaluate the performance of the software• Building software testing programs that automate testing processes• Running the software testing procedures to evaluate the software• Documenting all testing procedures• Reporting bugs and making recommendations to improve the software product• Collaborating with other Test Engineers, Software Programmers and other team members• Retesting software after bugs are fixed to ensure the program works properly• Attending meetings with the development team, clients and other groups

As a team leader I was responsible for a team of 20 agents. My daily duties were monitoring and coaching of all agents in my team to ensure they were meeting their targets and the customers were receiving the best service. I also briefed the floor with any bulletins and advised of any issues that may have effected the business or customers.

Answering calls resolving customer issues, placing orders & tracking deliveries I also regularly exceeded my targets and Kpi's this gave me the oppertunity to coach and mentor other agents
