My initial role was to develop, deliver and maintain a quality framework, managing internal and subcontractor resources to ensure the highest level of quality is delivered to our customers and to manage all specialised programs of works for the region. In January 2018 my role was expanded to include the management of the design, survey and duct access portfolios, including the resources, for the NSW construction region.
