Responsible for teaching all year groups PE lessons. Training and developing all teaching staff to be able to confidently teach outstanding PE lessons. Effectively managing the Sports Premium Budget.Organising and leading a varied extra-curricular timetable for students. Linking with the local community through weekly clubs and fitness classes. Nurturing for students.Organising school trips to broaden pupils experiences and life skills. Managing lunch time staff and activities.

I am responsible for the smooth running and promotion of boot camp classes at UK Outdoor Fitness.Instructing up to 14 classes a week, I ensure each session is fun and unique, catering for each and every member taking part. Classes range from small groups of school and college students, to dinner hour sessions at large corporate businesses and evening classes with up to 50 people! Another key part of my role is conducting health and wellness days at large businesses. I provide health screenings and in depth advice on all issues relating to health, exercise and nutrition. My role involves dealing with emails, updating databases and online marketing as we continually strive to expand and increase company recognition! Additional roles include;Personal training - devising specialised and detailed programmes to help people reach their goals.Sports massage - provide pre and post event massage and injury rehabilitation.

Keeping a number of small sided football leagues organised and trying to expand them to their capacity of teams. I was also responsible for the setting up of new leagues. Marketing for new teams, organising suitable venues and dealing with a number of discipline issues with teams playing in the leagues.
