Working to AS9100, AS9145, APQP and many othersRecently working with Expleo on the manufacture for gas turbine components, and with Rolls-Royce for many years on the manufacture of aerospace engine control systems, gear pumps, fuel control systems, actuators etc.Creating Standard Operating Procedure documentation for many different processes from conventional and CNC machine tools, Heat Treatment to assemble and test. Developed and designed processes and routings for manufacture, trained manufacturing personnel in their use.Addressing bottlenecks and production issues. Design of jigs, tools & fixtures, test equipment & tooling as required.Worked closely with design department on New Product Introduction.
