Through my consulting company, handled the real estate related matters across TurningPoint's multi-state portfolio of solar projects. In addition to negotiating and drafting a variety of site control documents, I worked with the project developers, landmen, surveyors, landowners and their counsel, title insurance companies and others to ensure that all projects meet all investor expectations and document requirements.
