Supervising and managing the engineering functions for assigned projects and sale activities, including processes, equipment, including purchasing prod. goods from domestic suppliers; (from 5 to 10 employees); Products evaluation, tracking competitor/market actions and suitable reaching, brand monitoring, strong support for marketing dept,Keeping motivation and competence across the team on suitable , selection & recruiting;Technical support in all aspects of organisation activity - Sale, Purchasing, Production - domestic and abroad;Co-ordinating of Service team in the range of claims / maintenance / after sale support;Active participating and leading products / documentation and system projects, including: certification, validation, introducing engineering supporting tools, what requires close co-operation with production facility (placed in Grudziądz);

Technical support for internal and external custommer, domestic and abroad as well;Devices/Products celection according customer specification to meet all expectations, including sale conditions, quoting, sale monitoring in specified;Training / products presentations for customers.
