Developing market for:- vibration machine diagnostic as an authorized GE Bently Nevada distributor- spare parts for turbomachinery as an exclusive distributor of General Turbo - Romania

My responsibilities including:- Development of market solutions for machine diagnostics focused on reliability maintenance in the Polish and Baltic Countries,- Establishing contacts with potential and maintaining contact with existing customers,- Preparing business offer (including technical and commercial issues)- Initiating and supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities,- Participation in technical presentations offered solutions,- Conducting trade negotiations in accordance to the authorization.

My duties included:- Providing warranty and post-warranty service for Alfa Laval devices in Poland and Baltic States. - Managing a servicing workshop in Lodz, where heat exchangers and spinning devices from Poland and CEE states are serviced- Providing SE with training.- Supervising Service Engineer- Jobs schedule- Preparing and responsibilities for budget and employees associated with these tasks. Responsible to Parts & Service Manager Poland and Baltic States. - Prepare KPI’s reports for Regional Part & Service Manager.

My duties included:-Launching and supervising assembly of new devices / installations produced in manufacturing centres of Alfa Laval consortium.- Supervising the entire mechanical, hydraulic and electrical assembly process and coordinating automatics.-Ensuring continuity of work of new devices by autonomous servicing (e.g. small mechanical repairs,, modifying PLC automatics steering programmes, etc.) or by gathering and supervising subcontracted servicing teams.-Providing engineering / technical support regarding new products to selling staff. -Preparing business offers for spare parts, troubleshooting repairs and planned renovations and later, negotiating and delivering them.My work was totally autonomous (my supervisor would only receive reports regarding quantity, advancement and budgeting of a particular task). It sometimes required managing a small team assigned to delivery of a particular project / task. Some of these projects / tasks were delivered abroad.
