Install, configure, maintain and upgrade all computers, printers, servers, doors, webpages, cameras and network for Town Hall Offices, Fire Department, Police Department, Library, Department of Public Works and Council of Aging. Work includes the setup of all computers and laptops, troubleshooting of all I.T. related software and hardware issues, working with all department heads to assist with I.T. related projects that directly affect them, the setup of accounts for new employees, and updating the Town of Milton Website.

As the Interim IT Director for the Town of Milton, I work as the sole person within the department to support all IT related issues and provide consulting for the Town Hall office buildings, Police, Fire, DPW, Cemetery, and Retirement. I work closely with every employee to help with daily operation and assist with decisions that will affect their department in the long run. I will demo new vendors with department heads and assist with implementation of new software or equipment. In addition, I manage the IT budget, the purchasing and configuration of software and equipment, the setup of new users and website updates.
