Oversee and manage strategic relationships with the Aon Active Health Exchange carrier partners. Identify and fill product gaps of the exchange model with best-in-class point solution vendors.

Founding member of Aon's large market fully insured insurance exchange (Aon Active Health Exchange), which became a $120M business with approximately 1M members within the first five years. During initial launch, participated in all aspects of exchange development, including model development, carrier recruitment, sales/business development, consumer experience, and team management. Served as a member of the Exchange leadership team, responsible for managing the direction and evolution of the exchange business. Led a team of approximately 20 colleagues, responsible for managing partnerships with over 30 medical, dental, and vision carriers.

Served as a consultant for middle and large market clients focused on health and welfare benefits. Led client relationships and consulted with clients on strategy, design, pricing, vendor selection, wellness/disease management, and plan administration. Managed a client portfolio of $3M and consistently delivered profitable business. Demonstrated consistent track record of highly satisfied clients and retained all of my clients during my tenure as a client lead. Strong internal business and colleague development mindset, having led capacity planning, owned learning and development activities, and participated in national initiatives focused on employee engagement.
