Responsible for providing technical strategy, leadership, and oversight of technology for data, information, knowledge, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) assets as well as technical solutions across the WB organization. Responsible for building out the new Chief Data Technology organization and establish working relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. Represent ITS on different institutional bodies and governing forums. Actively collaborate with the WBG CIO and ITS Management team to co-create, execute, and evolve the ITS vision, mission, and adaptive strategy ensuring alignment with WBG and business partner strategies.Collaborate with business and corporate partners to develop and execute a multi-year technical framework and roadmap for data, information, and knowledge management and AI/ML that drives measurable value for the business in alignment with the broader ITS strategy and WBG objectives.• Own and manage several information governance policies including Open Access, Copyright, Information Management, and Records Management and ensure enterprise compliance with information governance policies through monitoring, training, and tool-development;• Ensure information integrity for all WBG institutions via information governance leadership and service provision for the full information life-cycle; • Promote a cultural shift within the WBG to better value information as an asset both within the WBG and as a global public-good;• Promote open information as a means to greater institutional transparency, equitable access, and inclusive collaboration; • Deliver client-centric knowledge and information services and products for staff, the research community, and the public;• Enable authors to digitally publish and broadly disseminate their work following best practices of Open Access and Open Science; and enable Bank staff to easily disclose their documents per the Access to Information Policy;

Manager of the Records and Information Management and Digital Publishing functions with the World Bank. The teams provide the foundation to transparency, accountability, and evidence-based decision-making at the WBG while enabling information and knowledge sharing with the development community. 1. The records team focuses on facilitating the easy capture, sharing, discovery, use, storage and disposition of WBG information. The team’s portfolio includes running the IM governance function, convening and supporting a records and information community of practice, monitoring records quality with special focus on operational and investment lending records, and conceiving and delivering staff training. This team also manages active and semi-active paper files for the following organizations ICSID, INT, and IFC.2. The Digital Records function facilitates and simplifies the long-term capture of records and enables the Access to Information Policy. The team manages and coordinates the business requirements of the institutional Archives and records management systems. The team’s portfolio includes special projects related to digital records management, such as digital signature and digital vault. 3. The Digital Publishing function is a strategic and enabling member of the Bank’s formal publishing program, which disseminates Bank knowledge worldwide, in multiple formats and venues, in an open access environment. The portfolio includes management of the full range of public and internal collections as well as the digital workflows and systems, internal/external dissemination platforms, and copyright, licensing, and open access functions that support the entire cross-VPU publishing program, as well as Bank staff and authors across the institution.

Project Manager responsible for planning and directing large, highly visibile, cross cutting projects. Responsibilities include managing the risk, cost, quality, monitoring and control, and resource management. Projects include a strong focus on client engagement and change management methodologies. I ensure acceptable interaction design and usability standards are used.Currently, working on user engagement for the implementation of new enterprise search, collaboration tool and an overall Intranet revamp. Past work includes a $26M corporate software and hardware replacement which impacted all staff (13,000) in 120 different countries and assistance in the client engagement for the introduction of a document management system deployment (Documentum).

Manage IT support team of 78 staff who troubleshoot IT issues and provide client solutions to end users for 22,000 MMC Colleagues.

Manage a help desk support team of 32 and 8 directory operators who troubleshoot IT issues for 12,000 World Bank staff. The Global Support Center operates 24x7x365 from Washington DC, and Chennai, India. Responsible for the standard operating procedures regarding the day-to-day operation of the support center. Measure and report on our Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on first level closure, first call closure, wait time, abandonment rates, cost per call, and customer satisfaction. I developed a strategic direction plan for continuous improvement of the help desk. As part of the continuous improvement efforts I evaluate new information systems products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to better aide the end user.
