I am currently a second year student in The National College of Ireland studying a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business course. During semester one I managed to achieve a 2:1 grade average while also being a committed part-time employee in SuperValu. I feel this demonstrates my ability to achieve balance in my personal and professional life while also showing the high standard and efficiency that I thrive for.As a retail assistant I have learned many valuable skills that will help me in the future. These skills include, good quality customer service skills through constant contact with customers, quality communication skills from both taking and transferring orders to and from other staff members, good time-management skills from my regular completion of tasks not only on time but to the best standard that can be achieved in the time given. As a front line worker who worked through the COVID-19 outbreak I am also well versed in the most recent health and safety regulations and practice them on a regular basis.I have played football for over 12 years for Templeogue Utd and Mount Merrion Fc. I was most regularly playing in DDSL Major. Along with playing football I have been involved in the training of a local underage football team in Templeogue.
