Senior Procurement Officer

Source, assess, develop and maintain supplier relationships. Maximise the benefits of e-Business solutions, SAP functionality and the introduction and implementation of new initiatives. Participate and support the implementation of the Procurement Strategy and other procurement initiatives. Abide by all business compliance requirements in line with Company policies. Deputise for the Procurement Executives/ Manager as required.
Upholstery Supervisor
Oversee a team of 37 service upholsterers. Provide all required analysis, KPI’s and measures that are needed to monitor the upholsterer’s performance. Provide relevant information on any area that impairs performance. Ensure maximum performance of the upholsterer’s time by liaising with the rest of the Service Team on work scheduling and route planning. To be the first point of contact for upholsterers, stores, and warehouses and ensure good communication each way regarding any queries relating to the upholstery team. Day to day management of upholsterer’s needs and sundry purchases. Monitor any Health and safety requirements for the upholstery team. Providing support and training, undertake monthly one-to-one reviews, annual staff appraisals, staff recruitment, provide support to departmental manager and upholsterers manager and undertake their duties when required, resolution of complex customer issues, manage and develop departmental reports and databases, payment of contractor and supplier invoices.
Centralisation-Communications Officer
Highly peripatetic, communicate centralisation strategies to affected sites, ensure sites adopt new working practices, manage staff career expectations in terms of displacement, redeployment and redundancy, constant contact with sites to test understanding and resolve queries, difficulties and feedback issues, plan communication strategy for each phase of centralisation, assist in maintenance of all management information databases.
