Manages and supervises employees of the Information Technology Operations Department. Provides technical leadership for development, design and systems integration for Holzer Health System. Provides leadership for all servers, network, and desktop systems as well as all infrastructure technologies. Provides leadership for continuous improvements for all systems, technical solutions and security of systems. Has direct responsibility for Help Desk and Help Desk Manager. Develops and maintains the budget for Operations including capital items and operating costs.

Insure the proper execution of projects, assist with service ticket escalation, ensure that technical proficiency is achieved, and has the direct managerial responsibility of the Unified Communications and Infrastructure personnel.

Responsible for performing client consultation: prepare, plan, design, implement, and support voice/data infrastructure. Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network. Analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions.

Responsible for the operation, maintenance and administration of all personal computer networks and servers. Included: ensuring network security, developing and following system backup procedures, managing internal and external communications to the network, and ensuring all network and server related hardware and software is maintained and updated to optimize system efficiency
