Provide leadership and managerial oversight to all aspects of an Australia Aid funded flagship development project – the Fiji Program Support Facility (FPSF). Responsible for overall management of Facility programs and operations, and for support to a high performing team of 130 national and international staff. Lead Facility representation with DFAT and high-level Government of Fiji officials with professionalism and insight.Tetra Tech is implementing the Fiji Program Support Facility, an Australian Aid initiative to support the Government of Fiji in the health, education, social infrastructure, governance, and emergency preparedness and response sectors, as well as administering Australia Awards in Fiji and Tuvalu. The Facility has an overall budget of $170M and an annual budget of $35M. FPSF is currently leading a comprehensive mastering planning process for the redevelopment of the Colonial War Memorial Hospital, Fiji’s national referral hospital, as well as completing construction (cyclone resistant) of nine district schools in Vanua Levu.

Responsible for the management of a $110M, Australian DFAT funded, development program (Incentive Fund 4) expanding service delivery and economic development in Papua New Guinea through construction of schools, health facilities, marketplaces, WASH infrastructure and renewable energy systems.
