• Execute the end-to-end FP&A processes, annual plan, budget, and finance variance analysis for the R&D and Business Technical Operations teams.• Advise functional leadership on key operational issues and provide recommendations for the establishment and achievement of financial objective.• Collaborate with leadership to develop and communicate performance KPIs, monthly forecast and variance reports.• Assist and facilitating special projects, analyses, and reports.

• Provide global financial oversight, analytical support, in addition to strategic business partnering to the Digital Engineering team.• Translate the overall Schneider Digital strategy for Digital Engineering and break it down into actionable and easy-to-track metrics.• Execute forecasting and analysis of SFC costs on a quarterly and annual basis, in addition identify and respond to outlier movements and swings.• Produce incisive and valuable performance analysis to leadership, focusing on trends, critical business performance, and risks & opportunities — delivered efficiency of 5% of the yearly OPEX.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual Internal Control Self-Assessment for more than 6 business units: focusing on all areas – human resources, control environment, accounting, sales and marketing, project controlling, and purchasing.• Perform on-site Internal Control reviews to validate annual self-assessment, provide instant training and awareness, and serve as an Internal Control consultant to the business units to assist in closing action plans.Work closely with Global Internal Audit to assist management to develop and implement remediation action plans.• Perform ad hoc missions to review critical business issues, processes, or other areas as requested by management.• Communicate results to senior management with a focus on risk exposure and continuous improvement.

• Leading the development of the internal audit function including: conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits internally and preparing audit plans and audit programs;• Researching and recommending tools and technologies that may improve audit quality.• Monitoring the Compliance Calendar. • Developing compliance training programs.• Working with the Corporate Risk and Compliance Committee on various initiatives.

• Review internal controls for various business processes including SOX, operational, regulatory and information technology• Document existing processes through interviews, observation and inquiry.• Perform test of internal controls• Serves as a liaison with key business areas• Identify risks and key control activities• Work on special projects as requested

• Maintain the integrity of the EBI and SIREN databases including data verification, auditing, reporting functions.• Assist in developing technical procedures and documentation for supported Security Systems and applications including operations, user guide, reports, etc. • Daily validation, organization and tracking of analytical data from various databases.

- Assist in developing business impact analysis plans for the various brands managed by DeVry.- Deliver the material with clear and efficient visual presentations to each business unit.- Identify and properly categorize data from one business platform to another utilizing different reports and scoreboards.
