In addition to duties of the Senior Advisor role noted below, as COS I am responsible for overseeing the messaging and responses to any inquiries and providing the first line of information to all Riyo Raac client and sponsors. The COS will ensure all principals and partners are current with all developments and inquiries on activities of the foundation. The COS is also principal contact with the US Government, Congress and other Agencies or institutions critical to our development work throughout East Africa.

The RIYO RAAC Foundation (RRF) is a nonprofit dedicated to supporting those in need in Somaliland, and all of East Africa and beyond. RRF currently provides food, water, shelter, and education to orphans and poor families in that region, with plans to expand to meet global needs.RRF is also working with Government and Private grant organizations to offer a wider range of programs to meet critical needs of the next generation in this region by developing sponsorships for college and high school students, online and in-person training in business, healthcare facilities and training, and other fields critical to developing vibrant economies by creating and nurturing a deep pool of trained professionals who can help propel the economies of Somaliland and East Africa into economic and political stability, and success for all their nations and peoples.We are also developing programs to offer micro-financing to budding but highly motivated entrepreneurs, with emphasis on building a core of well trained and dynamic women and youth-owned businesses that can serve the needs of their fellow citizens who lack access to traditional corporate finance, or have disabilities that have held them back from reaching their full potential. Our success will allow them to improve their lives and achieve financial stability. Our mission is to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of the less fortunate and help overcome poverty and suffering with programs that can be implemented with immediate effect.

We have done projects in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Malaysia and Pakistan, thru its contacts and sources there. We have also consulted on medical issues and training in East Africa, and provided critical advocacy, education and lobbying services to many various issues and organizations, on the Xinjiang (China), Muslims in Kashmir, and other such groups. We also provided consulting for Iraqi-American companies to prepare winning bids for contracts to re-furbish power plants in Iraq, establish an automated Iraq Stock Exchange in Baghdad, train several hundred Iraqi accountants on International Financial Reporting Standards, create vocational training programs to give young Iraqis professional and semiprofessional skills in Ministry of Labour's youth outreach, and other training programs for the Iraq Government. After the Libyan Revolution in 2011, TMG was asked to create/manage the American-Libyan Chamber of Commerce & Industry to bring critical Foreign Direct Investment and trade and spark the economic development critical to the new Libya's success. And when civil war broke out, TMG created other ways to promote critical progress via its 'Libya First' and the American-Libyan Center for Economic & Educational Exchange ('ALC Triple E') programs, to help overcome those disruptions; but intensifying civil strife brought those efforts to a very sad halt. By accentuating Muslim contributions to society, economy and security, our AIA 2020 partner mosques and interfaith groups helped North America’s 5-7 million Muslims engage with their communities, proactively counter anti-Islam attacks and myths, and encouraged non-Muslim partners to get to know their Muslim neighbours. The growing acceptance of Islam in America, and the support AIA 2020 developed with other mosques, InterFaith groups, Government officials and businesses allow us to achieve the very ambitious goals set for 2020 at our creation in 2015, and move on to newer and bigger challenges
