I am an experienced Commercial leader with over 21 years of successful Sales and managerial experience across Entertainment product via physical and digital distribution. I am currently working with an excellent team distributing Film and TV content through a variety of Digital Home Entertainment channels. I lead the UK team and manage the business aspect of Sony Pictures international Transactional Digital business with global retailers around the world. I'm also Priviliged to be Chair of the British Association of Screen Entertainment (BASE), a trade body organisation who is the voice of the collective £4.9bn Home Entertainment Industry in the UK. The environment I work in is fast moving and unpredictable with near continuous change amongst consumer habits and retail partners. I aim to bring to the team: direction, decisiveness, energy, enthusiasm and a desire to deliver to the highest standards.
