Hi I am Robert Martinez, I have 27 years of professional experience in the casino industry. I have 5 total years in Food & Beverage and 22 years in Slots. Over those past 27 years I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the gaming industry and customer service. In my experience, I have learned that this industry is about people, both our guests and more importantly our team members who service those guests. I am not only a Slot Shift Manager but I have taken on additional duties as an acting Operations Manager. I currently oversee all three shift in the absence of the Slot Director. In this role, I am responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:- Managing and supervising all Slot Operations personnel, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.- Monitoring the department operations to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.- Handling guest inquiries/disputes to ensure all parties are pleased with the outcome and ensuring a positive gaming experience for all.- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the property is represented as a safe and entertaining destination.- Develop and implement training for customer service and various systems used by the department.- Analyzing slot machine performance to increase and maximize slot revenue.During my time at Table Mountain Casino Resort I have had the privilege of learning from many great leaders.
