Support the holistic technology needs of Teva's North American specialty medicine business and drive the delivery of innovative business solutions supporting sales operations, marketing, and patient services organizations (call center and pharmacy) through a variety of technology platforms (primarily Salesforce, Siebel, and Veeva). Oversee business impact assessments and business readiness plans; manage the project development pipeline and ensure business value and synergies are achieved. Develop, implement, and align IT strategies with the organizational objectives and manage a $15M budget. Lead a staff of 25+ IT associates and business partners and represent customer groups in several third party supplier relationships.

Provide strategic new business intelligence solutions to the marketing and customer service organizations, and continuously enhance existing capabilities.
