My journey in insurance began in 1990 at MBS Insurance Brokers, a family-owned brokerage, where I cultivated my skills and passion for the industry. In 1997, I ventured into entrepreneurship by acquiring my own brokerage, subsequently expanding our presence with offices in Edmonton, Lloydminster, and Lethbridge.My expertise spans various domains, including leadership, accountability, coaching, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, skill development, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and innovation.I take immense pride in the accomplishments of the Armour Insurance team and the positive impact we've made in the industry.
