As one of the Directors at our firm, I am responsible for overseeing complete Financial Processes for PAN INDIA clients - Maintaining complete books of accounts till finalization with related tax implications, preparing final balance sheet, Profit & Loss a/c statements, tracking financial performance & support month & year-end closing processes. Reviewing and analyzing finances, ensuring compliance with regulations are certain tasks Having started my career in accounting, I learned the practical principles & processes of Accounting vertical. With 20+ years of experience in this field, I have been able to contribute to the growth of organizations I have worked with as financial accounting is one of the most crucial aspects for the growth of any organization. I am also adept at HR & Admin processes and help on those fronts as well from time to time.I am a people’s person and like to organize engaging activities in the organization. I am an active member in arranging various Cricket, football, carom tournaments for our people.
